RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Black Dahlia Botanica will gladly offer you a refund or exchange of any full priced item purchased within 30 days (or within 30 days of receiving your online order) for change of mind reasons. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. All items must be in original condition and with original packaging and tags. Shipping costs for online purchases are not refundable. Acceptable proof of purchase must be presented.
Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. Australian Consumer Law Rights and Guarantees Black Dahlia Botanica will assess if a product contains a major or minor fault or if it does not match a sample shown or description given in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and if it is eligible for repair, replacement or a refund.
Please note that general wear and tear and misuse of the product are not considered to be a fault and are not eligible for a refund or exchange
